OPD Online Payment Refund Policy


  • If refund is raised less than 1 hour prior to the Doctor’s Time Slot, eligible refund amount will be 50% of the Online payment done.
  • If refund is raised between 1 hour to 4 hours prior to the Doctor’s Time Slot, eligible refund amount will be 75% of the Online payment done.
  • If refund is raised more than 4 hours prior to the Doctor’s Time Slot, eligible refund amount will be 100% of the Online payment done.
