TERMS AND CONDITIONS


  • Right of admission is reserved and not transferable.
  • Accommodation charges for the entire period of treatment and approximate charges for the special treatments are payable in advance at the time of admission. Rates prevailing during the time of stay will be charged.
  • To derive lasting benefits, patients must stay for the entire period as prescribed by our doctors. Requests at the time of admission for reduction of the period of treatment and subsequently for premature discharge will not be entertained.
  • If a patient does not report within three days from the date for which the reservation was confirmed, the reservation deposit will be forfeited and the accommodation if booked will be allotted to the next patient.
  • The management reserves the right to discharge any patient at any point of time without assigning any reason what so ever.
  • All patients are expected to maintain discipline, obey all rules, not to argue with doctors / staff.
  • Patients should strictly follow all treatments and diet prescribed by the doctors. Disobedience in this regard will render them ineligible for treatment and readmission
  • Use of telephone and fax is permitted only to enable the patients to ascertain the welfare of their families and not for transacting business. As such, there will be a 50% service charge over and above BSNL rates. Although email / Internet facilities are also available to limited extent on chargeable basis, patients are requested to avoid using them in their own interest.
  • Drugs or medicines of any system in your possession must be disclosed to our doctors on admission. Our doctors shall advise their continuance, tapering off or stopping, as appropriate.
  • Patients are allowed limited usage of mobile telephones, strictly in their accommodations.
  • Use of Laptops and other business activity is strictly not allowed.
  • Bringing Jewellery and valuables is strictly prohibited. During their stay at the Institute, patients must look after their belongings themselves. Although safe deposit lockers have been provided, the Institute does not take any responsibility for any loss.
Persons under the following categories are not eligible:
  • Persons below 10 years and above 65 years of age.
  • Pregnant women
  • Persons with unstable heart condition.
  • Crippled / immobile persons
  • Persons suffering from terminal disease conditions.
  • Persons with communicable diseases.
  • Complex health related problems.
  • Patients not willing to undergo treatments.
  • Patients addicted to evils such as drugs, smoking, alcohol, zarda, pan masala etc.,
Patients are advised to bring
  • Previous medical records
  • Daily medication stock to last for the entire duration of stay
  • Loose garments (Pyjama Kurta, Salwar Kameez) for daily wear
  • Personal clothing and Towels.
  • Shorts / Track suits and walking shoes
  • Swimming Costume
  • Toiletries
  • Costume for Yoga & Gym
