Diet
Freshly cooked diet sathvik will be served to all patients as per the doctor's prescription. There will be two main category of food.
Boiled diet - which include steamed/cooked vegetables, dry chapattis, rotis, soups dishes prepared from rice and pulses. This diet will be highly nutritive but devoid of any spices and stimulants .
Raw Diet - Freshly chopped/grated vegetables along with sprouted pulses and dry fruits will be served in this category. |
